Noemi Gonzalez is native California a who embarked on her artistic journey through school musicals in elementary school, nurturing a passion for the arts that would eventually guide her to train at the prestigious drama school at UC Santa Barbara, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Acting.
As a talented and ambitious individual, Noemi was hand-selected to participate in the ABC Disney Talent Showcase soon after graduating, marking the beginning of a successful career in the entertainment industry.
Currently, Noemi is working on the highly anticipated Netflix series, Selena The Series (2020),playing the role of Suzette Quintanilla, drummer and sister to the Mexican-American star Selena, portrayed by Christian Serratos. This role is a point of pride and great significance to Noemi, as it allows her to connect with her own heritage and cultural identity.
In addition to her work on Selena The Series, Noemi has recently appeared in the Amazon Studios hit series, Dark/Web (2019),and had a starring role on the iconic daytime drama series, Young and the Restless (2018-2019),earning rave reviews for her performance.
Prior to her work on these projects, Noemi had already established herself as a talented young actress, with credits including roles in Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones (2014),The Vatican Tapes (2015),Amazon Studios, The Kicks (2015-2016),Rosewood (2016),and many more.
Noemi's breakout role as Soli Gomez in the hit Hulu Original series East Los High (2013-2017) has cemented her status as a rising star in the industry, and she has also been featured in numerous theatre productions, including her personal favorite, playing Rosali in the 20th Year Anniversary of Real Women Have Curves in the debut performance of Josefina Lopez's Casa 0101 Theater (2011).
Noemi's upcoming project is the highly anticipated American crime thriller, The Tax Collector (2020),where she will be playing the role of Delia alongside Shia LeBeouf, Lana Parilla, and George Lopez.
