Noree Victoria is a multifaceted creative force, hailing from Baltimore, with a passion for storytelling and a thirst for knowledge. At the tender age of 7, she penned her first book, and by middle school, she had already won two national poetry writing competitions.
Skipping her senior year of high school, Noree entered college at 16 and went on to earn Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Creative Writing, Biology, and African Studies, as well as a Master of Science degree in Applied Information Technology, graduating with a perfect 4.0 GPA.
After teaching Biology in Baltimore's public school system and working as a financial analyst at a fortune 500 corporation, Noree made the bold move to pursue a career in the film industry. As a multi-hyphenate creator, she won the Best Actress award at AMTC Shine and was awarded a scholarship to study at the prestigious New York Conservatory for the Dramatic Arts.
Noree continued her training at the British American Drama Academy in Oxford, England, and when the pandemic slowed film and TV production in Los Angeles, she seized the opportunity to complete a certificate at the New York Film Academy for filmmaking. She has appeared in numerous award-winning film and TV productions and recently directed her first feature film, 'An Arrangement', written by Helen Shang.
In 2023, Noree completed a Master Certificate in screenwriting, and her first penned television pilot, 'Neighborhood H', was optioned. She has also served two terms as the first Black female Vice-Chair of New Filmmakers Los Angeles, voted one of the top 25 film festivals in the world.
When she's not creating art or making waves in the film industry, Noree finds solace in her family, social advocacy, fitness and wellness, roller skating, gardening, and outdoor adventures with her tight-knit circle of friends.
