Oleksiy Andriyovich Potapenko, a multifaceted Ukrainian artist, is professionally known as Potap, boasting a diverse repertoire as a singer, rapper, songwriter, and producer.
Potap has been an integral part of numerous iconic music acts, including Potap I Nastya, Vremya I Steklo, MOZGI, and many others, with a staggering output of over 300 songs, the vast majority of which have achieved international success.
Between 2000 and 2006, Potapenko was a key member of the rap band "VuZV" (Vhid u Zminnomu Vzutti – Re-shoe upon Entry),where he honed his skills as a performer and producer.
In 2006, the artist collaborated with NK to form the dynamic duo "Potap & Nastya", in which Oleksii played a multifaceted role as producer, performer, songwriter, composer, video director, and scriptwriter.
In 2017, the duo announced a hiatus to pursue solo projects, with Potap embarking on his solo journey as PTP and NK venturing out on her own.
On May 23, 2019, Potap and Nastya Kamenskih, his partner in both music and life, publicly announced their marriage, further solidifying their bond and creative partnership.
