A renowned Egyptian actor, born in the year 1926, began his illustrious career in the cinematic world as a child, featuring in the movie "Salama in Khair" back in 1937. Subsequent to his early start, he went on to graduate from the prestigious Higher Institute for the Art of Arab Acting in 1947, which laid the foundation for his future endeavors.
His professional journey continued with his association with the esteemed Youssef Wahbi theater, where he made his mark by participating in the play "Jealousy" in 1948. This marked the beginning of a long and illustrious career that would see him work in various capacities within the National Theater, taking part in numerous productions before departing Cairo in 1968.
In 1968, he relocated to Libya, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the National Theater, serving as a teacher for both acting and directing until his departure in 1974. Following his return to Egypt, he continued to be actively involved in the world of entertainment, participating in dozens of works across cinema, theater, and television.
Some of his most notable works include "Resident Qasadi", "Sugar Hanem", and "See, He Did Not See Anything". Tragically, he passed away in the year 2011, succumbing to bone cancer after a long and storied career.
