Ori Blumenfeld is a Senior Counsel at Levinson Arshonsky & Kurtz, LLP, specializing in the Bankruptcy, Receivership and Creditors' Rights Department.
As a seasoned attorney, Mr. Blumenfeld focuses his practice on complex bankruptcy and insolvency matters, corporate restructuring, distressed assets, acquisition and disposition, and related litigation. His expertise includes representing debtors, trustees, and creditors in bankruptcy courts, as well as serving as general or special counsel to federal and state receivers.
Mr. Blumenfeld has extensive experience in civil litigation, defending and prosecuting actions on behalf of receivers and businesses. He also provides legal counsel for partition referees, successor trustees, and provisional directors in matters involving property and business disputes.
In November 2013, Mr. Blumenfeld achieved a notable milestone by confirming the largest individual chapter 11 reorganization plan in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, Santa Ana Division.
Outside of his professional accomplishments, Mr. Blumenfeld has also made a positive impact in his community. From 2014-2021, he served as a Commissioner on the Human Relations Commission for the City of Beverly Hills.
Mr. Blumenfeld's professional achievements have been recognized by his peers, earning him selection to the Super Lawyers - Southern California Rising Stars list as a bankruptcy business practitioner from 2014-2018.
