P. David Miller is a multifaceted professional actor, owner, acting coach/teacher, and creative director of Inside The Fourth Wall. Born and raised in the culturally diverse and vibrant Mission District of San Francisco, California, Miller began his acting journey at the tender age of 15 with The Everyman Theatre, a renowned Shakespearean repertory company.
Prior to pursuing his passion for acting, Miller served in the United States Marine Corps from 1981 to 1997, where he honed his skills in martial arts and gained valuable experience in various aspects of filmmaking. This unique blend of military and artistic backgrounds has enabled Miller to excel as a utility stunt performer, fight choreographer, stunt coordinator, 2nd unit director, and technical adviser for weapons and military tactics/protocol.
With over 150 productions under his belt, Miller has worked extensively in theatre, feature films, independent films, short films, television, commercials, web series, print, and voice-over. His impressive resume includes stints as an actor, director, and stunt performer in a wide range of projects.
In addition to his on-screen accomplishments, Miller has also made a significant impact as an acting teacher and private coach. Since 2010, he has taught acting classes to both aspiring actors and US Military Veterans, with a focus on helping Veterans overcome the challenges of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and reintegrate into civilian life.
Miller's dedication to his craft and his commitment to giving back to the community have earned him recognition and accolades. He created a free class called "Creative Expression Through Acting" specifically for Veterans, which has been offered at The ActorHood - Atlanta and Inside The Fourth Wall.
In 2017, Miller co-founded The ActorHood - Atlanta, a theatre company aimed at helping actors develop their skills through a traditional approach to the craft of acting. Although the company closed its doors in 2018, Miller continues to teach and coach actors privately through Inside The Fourth Wall. Today, he resides in Omaha, Nebraska, and remains committed to his passion for acting and his mission to help others achieve their creative potential.
