Noted television writer Parke Levy made significant contributions to the small screen by creating the popular shows "December Bride", "Pete and Gladys", and "Many Happy Returns". His impressive portfolio also includes writing episodes for some of the most beloved radio programs of the time, such as "Duffy's Tavern", "My Friend Irma", and "Baron Munchausen". Furthermore, he lent his talents to crafting special material for renowned entertainers Ben Bernie and Al Jolson. Additionally, Levy was known to offer his services as a ghostwriter, helping other writers meet impending deadlines by lending a hand with their projects.
In 1957, Levy joined the prestigious American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP),and went on to collaborate primarily with the talented composer and conductor David Rose.
