Pasquale Aleardi was born in 1971 near Zurich, Switzerland, and began his artistic journey by training at the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) from 1992 to 1995.
During his time at the university, Aleardi landed the lead role in the Swiss feature film "Jazz" in 1993, directed by Daniel Helfer, while still a student.
After completing his studies, Aleardi shifted his focus towards the German stage, achieving early success with roles in productions such as Arthur Miller's "The Big Bang" at the Berliner Theatertreffen in 1996.
As his career progressed, Aleardi's focus shifted towards film and television, with his first leading role in a German feature coming in the 2002 film "Nachts im Park," directed by Uwe Janson.
Aleardi's international breakthrough came in 2002 with his appearance in the film "RESIDENT EVIL," alongside Milla Jovovich.
In 2011, he received a nomination for Best Actor at the Monte-Carlo Television Festival for his role in the television series "Schicksaljahre."
A major milestone in his career came in 2016 with his performance in the event mini-series "Gotthard," earning him the Swiss Television Award for Best Actor in 2017.

In addition to his acting career, Aleardi is also a musician and performs regularly with his band "Pasquale Aleardi & Die Phonauten," blending funk, soul, cabaret-style performance, and a distinct sense of irony.
The band's music is often referred to as "anti-depression music," a celebration of life in full swing.
Today, Aleardi is fluent in six languages and divides his time between Zurich and Berlin, continuing to make a name for himself in the entertainment industry.
