Peter Antico is a multifaceted individual with a background in finance, film, and macro-economics. Born into a Wall Street family, he developed an expertise in commodities trading and has a deep understanding of the global financial system. Antico's passion for finance and film led him to attend California Lutheran University and UCLA's Screenwriting program, where he studied acting with Allan Rich and improvisation at The Groundling Theater.
As a filmmaker, Antico has directed and produced several projects, including the documentary "The Paradigm of Money" and the Lionsgate/Netflix documentary "Ronda Rousey Story - 'Through my Fathers Eyes'". His latest project is the documentary film "The Paradigm of Money", which exposes corrupted policies and creates a path for money to be transferred from the middle class to the one percent.
Antico has also produced the documentary series "One Sacred Planet", which brings to light the spirituality and science of the Earth's ecosystem, and the rockumentary pilot presentation "Role Models of Rock" starring Guns and Roses drummer Matt Sorum.
As an actor, Antico has appeared in several films, including "The Creators", "Oliver Stone's Wall Street 2", "The Other Guys", "Black Dynamite", "The Hunt for Red October", "Con Air", "Lethal Weapon III", and "Time Cop II".
Antico has also been open about his personal struggles, including his experience with Tourette syndrome and his journey as a professional stuntman. He has won an action award for best fight sequence in the film "Tuff Turf" and was nominated for "best fight in a feature film" at the Taurus World Stunt Awards for his work doubling Robert DeNiro in the film "15 Minutes".
Antico's producing and directing credits also include award-winning shorts, such as "A Little Tailor's Christmas Story" and "Newton's Law", which he co-founded with actor Allan Rich to produce short narrative films to enlighten young people on ethical and moral issues.
Throughout his career, Antico has been mentored by the legendary writer-director John Milius and has had the support of other industry professionals, including actor Ron Yuan and the late Harry Dean Stanton. Antico's passion for storytelling and his commitment to using his platform for good have made him a respected figure in the film industry.
