His extensive travels have taken him to over 65 countries worldwide, where he has had the privilege of documenting a wide range of cultures and ways of life. From the nomadic tribes of the Sahara to the isolated communities of the Amazon, Peter has gained access to people and places previously thought inaccessible.
His ability to thrive in extreme conditions has earned him a reputation as one of the most sought-after filmmakers in the industry, and he has been fortunate enough to work on some of the most iconic survival adventure series in television history.
Peter has had a direct role in producing a number of highly acclaimed shows, including Survivorman, Naked and Afraid, Alone, Beyond Survival with Les Stroud, Sons of Winter, and Exploring Horizons. His broadcast work has been featured on major networks around the world, including Discovery Channel, National Geographic, Outdoor Life Network, PBS, Travel Channel, Science Channel, and HBO.
In recent years, Peter has continued to push the boundaries of his work, producing and directing some of the most exciting and challenging projects in the industry. In 2017, he helped produce Hellfire Heroes, a documentary series that followed rural firefighters in Northern Canada, and he was fully trained as a firefighter in order to accurately capture the demands of the job.
Currently, Peter is the Story Producer and Director of Discovery Channel's hit series Heavy Rescue 401, and he is also the Series Director for the network's newest series, Hellfire Heroes.
