Born in the city of Zaragoza, Spain in the year 1980, this talented individual has had a multifaceted career, taking on various roles such as camera operator, assistant, electrician, cinematographer, script editor, editor, scriptwriter, and director.
She pursued her education at the University of Zaragoza and later at the ECAM, where she earned a degree in cinematography direction in the year 2006.
Following her directorial debut in the short film Sonrisas in 2005, she went on to direct other short films, including Niño Balcón and Chan Chán.
Palomero's feature film directorial debut, the 2020 coming-of-age drama Schoolgirls, garnered her two prestigious Feroz Awards for Best Direction and Best Screenplay, as well as two Goya Awards for Best New Director and Best Original Screenplay.
