Qyoko Kudo is a talented Japanese actress who has made a name for herself in both film and theater. Her journey in the acting world began with initial classes at UPS Academy, founded by the renowned Yoko Narahashi. It was during this time that she landed a role in the critically acclaimed film "Babel" directed by Alejandro González Iñárritu in 2006.
As she continued to hone her craft, Kudo began to take on roles in films created by both domestic and international directors. One of her most notable roles was in the Edmund Yeo film "kingyo," which premiered at the prestigious Venice Film Festival in 2009. She also appeared in the Norihiro Niwatsukino film "Suffering of Ninko" at the Busan International Film Festival in 2016.

She played the role of Aya in the James Mangold film "Wolverine" in 2013, alongside Hiroyuki Sanada, who portrayed her husband Shingen Yashida. When she's not acting, Kudo can be found traveling around Tokyo on her cross bike or motorcycle. She is also a skilled Aikido practitioner, holding a first-dan black belt. In addition to her many talents, Kudo is a dedicated Japanese and English speaker, and has been actively participating in a grief program to support children.
