Prior to this, Raechelle had already made a name for herself in the entertainment industry, starring as the title character in the production "The Ruby Landry Saga", a series of films based on the V.C. Andrews "Ruby Landry" book series for the Lifetime/A&E Network. Her portrayal of Ruby Landry earned her widespread recognition and critical acclaim.

"The Party Job" earned Raechelle nods for Best Short Film, Best First-Time Director, and Best Debut Award, and won her the Emerging Talent Award at the Canberra Short Film Festival. The film has been enjoyed by over 145K viewers after being selected and published on "Omeleto", hosting the world's best short films.
