Raph Shirley's illustrious career in the entertainment industry began with his involvement in the National Youth Theatre, where he showcased his acting talents in two productions, one in 2003 and another in 2005.
He subsequently explored his comedic side by writing and performing with the esteemed Cambridge Footlights, eventually ascending to the prestigious position of president in 2005. Throughout his tenure, he delighted audiences with countless shows across the country.
Shirley has also made a name for himself as a solo stand-up comedian, having taken three remarkable shows to the renowned Edinburgh Fringe: "Philosophical Investigations" in 2011, "Computer Programmer Extraordinaire" in 2012, and "A Portrait of a Provincial Dickhead" in 2013.
In addition to his stand-up career, Shirley has also ventured into experimental theatre, featuring in the captivating production "For Him/For Her" in 2016. He made his film debut in the same year with a role in "The Darkest Universe".
