Rebekka Karijord is a multifaceted composer and musician hailing from Sandnessjøen, a charming coastal town situated just south of the Arctic Circle in Northern Norway. Born and raised in this breathtakingly beautiful region, she has spent her career crafting music for a wide range of projects, including over 30 films, modern dance performances, and theatrical pieces, as well as releasing six solo albums under her own name.
As a composer, Rebekka has had the privilege of working on numerous high-profile projects, including the score for Margreth Ohlin's "Songs of Earth", which saw her record The London Contemporary Orchestra at the renowned Air Studios.
