Regan Mizrahi's acting career began at an incredibly young age, while he was still in diapers. As the son of an actress and a doctor/triathlete, Regan is one of three children in the show business industry and the great grandson of radio star Nathan Hale.
Notably, Regan won the 2011 Young Artists Award for Best Actor in a voiceover role for his portrayal of Boots on the popular preschool show "Dora the Explorer". He has a strong affinity for the recording booth and has since done numerous national voiceover and television commercials, voiced hundreds of toys, DS and Wii games, and even iPhone applications.
Regan has also had the opportunity to guest star on various TV shows such as "Rescue Me", "White Collar", "MTVs Human Giant", and "Blue Bloods". He has appeared in films like "White Irish Drinkers", "Play", and "Nature Calls", where he shared the screen with notable actors Maura Tierney, Johnny Knoxville, and Patton Oswalt. Additionally, Regan has honed his comedy skills by working on Saturday Night Live on several occasions.
Regan is also deeply committed to his community and has founded the Young Performers Against Bullying initiative, which utilizes social media to raise awareness and funds to combat bullying in public schools. He has successfully brought in funds to implement more effective school programs aimed at connecting with kids and helping to solve the problem.
Furthermore, Regan has a passion for music and has been studying classical piano since an early age. By the time he was 10, he had developed a love for jazz and playing the alto saxophone. He is currently a member of a wind symphony, jazz ensemble, marching band, and has even sat in the pit for a few shows. Regan is a recipient of the 2018 John Phillip Sousa award.
Regan is also a proud member of MENSA and is a staff writer for Young Mensa's Y2m magazine. He is fascinated by science and math and is actively involved in a hospital lab, where he is volunteering and shadowing surgeons. Regan is excited about the endless possibilities his future holds, which will undoubtedly involve a combination of science, math, music, and the arts.
