In New York, Rena has enjoyed a successful career, with standout credits including her Broadway debut as Cosette in Les Miserables, alongside Betty Buckley, Peter Scolari, and Tuc Watkins in the Off-Broadway comedy White's Lies, and as Belle in Beauty & The Beast, among many other notable roles.
Her one-woman show, Spaghetti & Matzo Balls!, has run Off-Broadway in New York, Los Angeles, and Leeds, England, delighting sold-out audiences with its unique blend of storytelling and entertainment.
Rena has also had the privilege of touring the country with Fiddler on the Roof, playing the role of Tzeitel opposite Topol, Harvey Fierstein, and Theo Bikel. Additionally, she originated the role of Tonya in the pre-Broadway production of Zhivago, directed by Des McNuff, at the La Jolla Playhouse, earning her the Outer Critics Circle Award.
On television, Rena is perhaps best known for her roles as Becky Bickelhoff on Disney's Liv & Maddie, Emily Knowland, Chuckie's lawyer, on Shameless, and Jonah's successful date on VEEP. Her extensive voice-over work includes hundreds of characters for DisneyXD, Nickelodeon, Netflix, Nintendo, Sega, and numerous anime games and cartoons.
