Born and raised in the Mountain State of West Virginia, Reno hails from a rich cultural heritage that has undoubtedly influenced his unique brand of humor. Prior to pursuing a career in comedy, Reno's professional background lay in education, where he worked as a teacher. However, it was his passion for stand-up comedy that ultimately led him to take the stage. This journey began in Atlanta, Georgia, where he first discovered his comedic voice at an open mic night. Since then, Reno has gone on to tour extensively, often sharing the stage with fellow comedian Larry the Cable Guy. Their on-screen chemistry is undeniable, as evidenced by their collaborative work in the 2004 film Witless Protection. In addition to his film appearances, Reno has also showcased his stand-up skills in a half-hour special that can be viewed on Comedy Central.
