Richard Bond is a versatile creative professional with a rich background in documentary television production, direction, and writing. His journey as a director began at Lion Television, where he established a solid foundation for his future endeavors. Subsequently, Bond embarked on a decade-long freelance Producer/Director stint, refining his skills and solidifying his reputation in the industry. In 2010, he joined Raw Television, taking on the role of Executive Producer and Head of UK Factual, overseeing a diverse range of projects and playing a crucial role in the company's growth. Following a successful tenure at Raw Television, Bond joined Dragonfly in January 2017, assuming the position of Creative Director, where he continues to shape the company's creative vision and direction.
