Richard Keith is a multifaceted creative force in the entertainment industry, boasting a diverse range of credits as a writer, producer, and director. Most recently, he and his partner Erin Cardillo signed a multi-year overall deal with Warner Bros. Television to develop and produce original TV series for both broadcast and cable networks under their In Good Company banner.
As a writing duo, Cardillo and Keith have been dubbed "the most prolific writers in broadcast television" by Deadline, following their impressive feat of selling three hour-long pilots in 2019. Their latest achievement includes the sale of the hour-long dramedy "Love Me" to ABC, which has been given a Put Pilot commitment. Based on a Swedish format, the series delves into the lives of a multi-generational family in Chicago as they navigate the complexities of love in a digital age.
Cardillo and Keith will serve as writers and executive producers on "Love Me," alongside Elizabeth Banks and Max Handelman under their Brownstone Productions banner. The duo's previous credits include serving as executive producers on the CW series Life Sentence, which they also created. In addition to Life Sentence, they co-created and executive produced the 1/2 hour comedy Significant Mother for The CW and co-executive produced the second season of "Fuller House" for Netflix.
Keith's work extends beyond television, as he wrote and directed the short film Grow Up Already, which premiered at numerous festivals, including The Napa Valley Film Festival, The LA Shortfest, and The Atlantic Film Festival. The film was produced by Sycamore Pictures and starred Johnny Simmons and Odette Annable.
