Rob Pinkston started his acting career at the age of 13 in Jr. High School, where he began working on several short film projects and fell in love with the industry. On his 16th birthday, he landed a recurring role on the Nickelodeon TV Show, Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, in 2004.
Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide follows the adventures of Ned Bigby, who shares his tips and tricks on navigating junior high, alongside his friends, including Coconut Head, played by Rob Pinkston. Coconut Head's nickname originates from a haircut gone terribly wrong, which his mother gave him before the first day of school.
Rob worked on all three seasons of Ned's, with over 42 episodes to his credit. He also appeared in MTV's Punk'd with Ashton Kutcher, where he took part in pranks on celebrities such as Serena Williams, Dirk Nowitzki, Zach Braff, and JoJo.
In addition to his television work, Rob has appeared in several films, including The Derby Stallion, The Sasquatch Gang, If I Had Known I Was a Genius, and Extreme Movie. He has also worked with notable actors such as Zac Efron, Crystal Hunt, Jeremy Sumpter, Justin Long, and Whoopi Goldberg.
Rob has also lent his voice to several projects, including the Cartoon Network show Ben 10, the PBS show Danger Rangers, video games, commercials, and the Canada 360 movie experience at Walt Disney's EPCOT.
Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Rob has called Los Angeles home since the third grade. Some of his other notable credits include Undercover Kids, The Honor System, and The Metro Chase.
Rob is a well-trained professional who studies with various acting coaches and is pursuing a BA degree in Film at Art Center College of Design. He is represented theatrically by Momentum Talent and Literary Agency.
