Robb Derringer was born in Palo Alto, California, a city renowned for its technological innovations and cultural attractions. He later studied at the Foothill Theatre Conservatory in Los Altos, California, a renowned institution for the performing arts, where he honed his skills before pursuing a Bachelor's degree from the prestigious University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Theater, Film and Television acting program.
Upon graduating from UCLA, Robb Derringer was invited to join the award-winning Diavolo Dance Theatre, a professional dance company that has performed at esteemed venues such as the Edinburgh International Festival and Fringe, and Los Angeles Dance Kaleidoscope, where he received a Critics Choice Award.
Robb began his professional acting career in 1995 and has since become a familiar face on television and in feature films, with a career spanning over 25 years. In addition to his work in film and television, he has continued to work creatively in the professional theater, performing with renowned companies such as Pacific Resident Theatre, The Odyssey Theatre Ensemble, The Whitefire Theatre, and The New American Theatre.
