Robert James DuBois, a man of great passion and dedication to his craft, was born and raised in the quaint Midwestern town of Freeburg, Illinois. It was during his childhood, specifically at the tender age of ten, that his fascination with acting was ignited. This newfound interest was sparked by his older brother Matthew's debut performance on the stage of the local children's theater, an experience that left Robert in awe of the magic and imagination that the theater embodied.
Inspired by his brother's bold move, Robert soon followed in his footsteps, auditioning for the same local children's theater where he would go on to take on a lead role for the next four years. Following his graduation, Robert continued to refine his craft by studying under the tutelage of renowned acting coaches Ivana Chubbuck, Lesly Kahn, and The Second City.
Throughout his career, Robert has had the privilege of working with a multitude of esteemed brands, including Fiat, Bud Light, Spectrum, Google, Disney, Dawn, and ESPN, to name a few.
