Robert Joseph Fucilla, a renowned British financier and investor, was born as the second of three boys in south London. He began his career in investment management and finance in the City of London, where he honed his skills and expertise.
After completing his education in 2000, Fucilla's entrepreneurial spirit led him to open his own trading and investment management company, which dealt in private equities and main Markets Stock Exchange. This venture became the cornerstone of his business, and he successfully financed technology, oil, and mining projects worldwide.
In addition to his financial endeavors, Fucilla's creative side led him to executive-produce his first movie, The Big I Am, featuring Michael Madsen and Steven Berkoff, in 2008.
However, in 2017, Fucilla was maliciously targeted and investigated as part of a £7m investment fraud. Despite being acquitted by the jury, he suffered greatly at the hands of the authorities.
In 2019, Fucilla issued a multi-million-pound civil action, suing the CPS and Avon and Somerset Police for malicious prosecution and misfeasance in public office. A documentary detailing his ordeal, Targeted, is currently in production.
Since 2008, Fucilla has produced and executive-produced numerous British films, managed the careers of many well-known actors and sports figures, and demonstrated his influence as an agent globally.
