Following a five-year tenure as the Artistic Director of the Fine Line Theatre Co., Robert made the bold decision to relocate to New York City, driven by his unwavering passion for acting. His subsequent journey took him through a series of off-Broadway productions, each one serving as a stepping stone for his eventual rise to prominence.
Robert's breakthrough came when he landed a recurring role as Bernardo Sandoval on the esteemed television program, Guiding Light. This pivotal moment marked the beginning of a long and illustrious career, as he went on to secure recurring roles on Law and Order and Law and Order SVU. Throughout his career, Robert has demonstrated an impressive range, appearing as a guest star on nearly every television show filmed in New York.
