Roberto Lombardi, a multi-talented individual, was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and began his career at a remarkably young age, making his television debut on the Gene London Show in 1959 at the tender age of seven. This early start sparked a passion for music, and Lombardi soon began taking music lessons, quickly demonstrating a natural aptitude for the drums. As he progressed, he expanded his musical repertoire to include the bass, with the ultimate goal of not only playing but also writing his own songs. To further hone his skills, he took voice lessons to develop his lead vocal abilities.
As Lombardi entered his teenage years, his interest in acting resurfaced. He pursued formal training in acting, both in high school and college, and subsequently landed roles in regional theater productions. His early foray into acting led to additional opportunities, including extra and featured roles in several major motion pictures.
However, music remained a significant focus for Lombardi, and he went on to write, record, and tour nationally with various bands, including April Fool, The End, The Facts, The Rage, and Road Trip. During this period, he also developed skills on the keyboards and guitar.
In 2004, Lombardi refocused his attention on acting, signing with several agencies and commencing modeling while taking additional acting classes. Since then, he has appeared in numerous films, television shows, and commercials, showcasing his versatility in a wide range of roles. Some of his notable film credits include The Happening, Bazookas: The Movie, Masks, Stand Off, Perfect: Android Rising, and The Cemetery, as well as several fan films, such as Krueger: Tales from Elm Street, The Nightmare Ends on Halloween II, Escape from New Jersey, and Mr. J.
Lombardi has also ventured behind the camera, earning credits as an actor, producer, and assistant director for Abduction and Paranormal Captivity. He is set to appear in an upcoming film and has directed the short film Masks: Facade. Additionally, he has been involved in various capacities, including casting, location scouting, script supervision, and special effects makeup, as well as contributing music to film soundtracks.
Lombardi's production company, RTL Productions, is dedicated to developing, promoting, and producing new film projects, including the supernatural crime drama Voosha Day, which he wrote the screenplay for. He has also produced music projects and licenses music for film soundtracks.
In addition to his work with RTL Productions, Lombardi is a producer for Blinky Productions, Inc., but primarily focuses on acting. He has collaborated with John Orrichio Films on various projects, including the comedy spoof series Ghost Blunders and the ghost hunting reality series Ghost Chicks.
When not on set, Lombardi splits his time between the Philadelphia area, Los Angeles, and New York City.
