Rocky hails from Bowers Beach, Delaware, where he was born and raised. He is the youngest of four brothers, all of whom have been shaped by the influence of his educator parents. As an undergraduate student at Wesley College in Dover, Delaware, Rocky excelled academically, maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA in biology while also pursuing his passion for football. In fact, he was a two-time All-America selection at defensive back, earning him a reputation as a formidable player on the field. Moreover, as a senior, Rocky was one of only fifteen college football players from across the nation to be recognized as a National Football Foundation and College Football Hall of Fame Scholar-Athlete. This prestigious honor was a testament to his remarkable achievements on and off the field.
Rocky's impressive academic and athletic credentials continued to unfold as he graduated Summa cum Laude from Wesley College. Thereafter, he pursued a law degree at Widener University School of Law, where he secured internships with the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Delaware and the Delaware Attorney General's Office. Upon completing his Juris Doctor with honors, Rocky made the bold decision to leave his mark on the entertainment industry by relocating to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career.
