He is perhaps best known for his captivating performances in the iconic film "The Twelve Tasks of Asterix" released in 1976, as well as his appearances in "Les 1001 nuits" in 1990 and "Le Tour du monde en 80 jours" in 1975.
Tragically, his life came to a close on the eleventh of September, two thousand and twenty, in the picturesque town of Montfermeil, located in the Seine-Saint-Denis department of France.
