Roger Edwards, a native of Oakland, California, was born into a family with a rich dynamic, consisting of two older brothers, Randy and Ramond Wilson, and a younger sister, Romonique, all raised by their mother, Rosemary, throughout the entire Bay Area. As a child, Roger was often described as hyper-active and mischievous, yet his undeniable charm allowed him to talk his way out of trouble, showcasing his natural charisma.
From an incredibly early age, Roger's artistic talent was evident, as he possessed a natural ability to draw anything he saw with substantial detail, a skill he had honed by the tender age of three. At the age of seven, he joined the esteemed Golden Gate Boys Choir in San Francisco, where he refined his singing skills to a professional level. Throughout his junior high school years, Roger continued to develop his singing abilities, which led to various school musicals, further nurturing his passion for the performing arts.
In high school, Roger explored a diverse range of interests, including advanced art, music, drama classes, football, and wrestling, although nothing held his interest as passionately as acting did. It was during his high school years that his passion for acting truly ignited, setting the stage for a lifelong pursuit of his dreams.
