Rosemarie Lindt, a captivating blonde, was born in 1939 in Dusseldorf, Germany. This talented individual pursued higher education at the renowned Folkwang University of Arts in Germany, where she received a full scholarship from the esteemed director and dance choreographer Kurt Jooss. Additionally, Lindt further honed her skills at the prestigious Waker Studio in Paris, France, under the expert guidance of Madame Nora Kiss.
Lindt's impressive career in dance spanned multiple countries, as she held the esteemed position of prima ballerina in Germany, Paris, France, and Rome, Italy. In 1963, she relocated to Rome and began acting in films, initially taking on minor roles. Following her marriage to Alfred Piccolo, Lindt relocated to New York City. Together, they established the Lindt Ballet Theater, which has presented original ballets choreographed by Lindt and written and directed by her husband.
