Ross Philips' early life unfolded in the picturesque mountain town of Stowe, Vermont, where he was born to a pair of British parents, thus inheriting dual citizenship. Throughout his childhood, he maintained strong ties to his family's roots in and around Bristol, England, where many relatives continued to reside. As he progressed through his academic journey, Ross attended Stowe High School, where he remained until the conclusion of his junior year. At this pivotal moment, he made the decision to transfer to Walnut Hill School for the Performing Arts, a renowned boarding school that would provide him with a comprehensive education in the performing arts. Following his two-year tenure at this esteemed institution, Ross was accepted into the highly competitive BFA Acting program at Carnegie Mellon University, a prestigious institution that would serve as the launching pad for his future endeavors in the world of acting.
