Roxanne Hart, a talented actress, was born in Trenton, New Jersey, to Joan Irene (McKee) and Edward J. Hart, Jr., a teacher who later became the principal at Horace Greeley High School in Chappaqua, New York.
Roxanne's educational journey began at Greeley, where she graduated in 1969. Prior to her film debut, she had already made a name for herself on the Broadway stage.
