Ruari's formative years in Long Beach, California, were characterized by an insatiable curiosity for scientific discovery, as he initially embarked on a academic journey at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA),majoring in Physics. However, his educational path took an unexpected detour in 2012, when he stumbled upon the university's policy prohibiting the transfer of students from physics majors to art majors prior to their junior year. This realization prompted Ruari to make a bold and unconventional decision, opting to leave UCLA and instead, pursue his long-held passion for the performing arts at the esteemed New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts. Upon completing his studies in 2014, Ruari made the city that never sleeps his new home, establishing a thriving career in the heart of New York City.
