Saara Pius, born Saara Kadak on September 20, 1990, is a multifaceted Estonian artist, effortlessly transcending the boundaries of various artistic mediums, seamlessly shifting between the realms of stage, film, and television, thereby showcasing her remarkable versatility as an accomplished actress and singer, with her innate talent and passion for the performing arts, allowing her to effortlessly navigate and excel in a wide range of creative endeavors.

Saara's academic odyssey commenced at Katleri Primary School, a esteemed educational institution, where she spent a four-year period from 1997 to 2000, laying the foundation for her future academic pursuits.

Following her primary education, Saara transitioned to Audentese Private School, a reputable educational establishment, where she spent a six-year tenure from 2000 to 2006, further developing her academic skills and knowledge.

After completing her secondary education at Audentese Private School, Saara proceeded to Tallinn 32 Secondary School, a distinguished educational institution, where she ultimately graduated in 2009, thereby culminating her secondary education.

In the subsequent year, she took the bold step of enrolling at the esteemed University of Tartu Viljandi Culture Academy's Department of Performing Arts, where she would go on to complete her academic pursuits and earn her degree in the year 2013.

Her professional career, marked by a series of notable milestones, began with her first significant film role as the captivating character Liisi in the 2007 feature film Klass, skillfully directed by the accomplished Ilmar Raag.

Klass, a gritty and unflinching portrayal of rampant bullying, garnered widespread international recognition and acclaim, earning prestigious awards from the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival and the Warsaw International Film Festival.

In addition to this, Klass was also selected as the official Estonian submission for the Best Foreign Language Film Category of the 80th Academy Awards, a testament to its global impact and influence.

Although it did not ultimately receive a nomination, Klass's recognition and accolades serve as a powerful reminder of the importance of addressing and combating bullying in all its forms.

Saara's professional journey began in 2014 when she assumed the character of Bianka in the thought-provoking drama "Nullpunkt", masterfully directed by the renowned Estonian filmmaker Mihkel Ulk. Her co-star in this production was none other than her future partner, the talented Märt Pius.

The following year, Saara's impressive acting skills were showcased once again as she took on the lead role of Ingrid in the hilarious comedy film "Lõbus perekond", directed by the skilled Mikhail Pogosov.

Saara's professional journey has been peppered with a plethora of short films, showcasing her versatility as a performer.

Saara, a renowned individual, embarked on a significant life milestone in June 2019 by exchanging vows with her partner, Märt, in a joyous celebration. Following this momentous occasion, Saara made the deliberate decision to adopt her husband's surname, both professionally and personally, symbolizing her commitment to their union.

Fast forward to May 31, 2020, the couple's family grew even more with the arrival of their second child, a precious son named Mihkel. The young family currently resides in Tallinn, Estonia, where they are building a life filled with love, laughter, and adventure together.
