Sam Song Li, a multifaceted individual, was born in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, but his formative years were spent in Southern California, where he would periodically venture abroad to various regions of China and Hong Kong, cultivating a unique cultural perspective.
As he grew older, Li pursued higher education at the University of California, Berkeley, where he majored in Film and Performing Arts, laying the groundwork for a future in the entertainment industry.
Currently, Li splits his time between New York and Los Angeles, allowing him to stay connected to both coasts and remain immersed in the creative world.
Li's career gained momentum when he was cast alongside Simu Liu in the film "Women Is Losers," which premiered at the 2021 SXSW Film Festival, garnering widespread attention within the industry.
In 2021, Li also made his television debut, landing a role opposite Patrick Fabian in AMC's critically acclaimed series "Better Call Saul."
Fast-forward to 2022, Li was cast alongside Hollywood legend Michelle Yeoh in the Netflix hit action family-drama series "The Brothers Sun," which is set to premiere in 2024.
