Sarah Halley Finn is a renowned American casting director, having worked on over 100 feature films throughout her illustrious career.
Her most notable achievement is casting the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe, with the exception of The Incredible Hulk, which is the most commercially successful movie franchise in history.
Moreover, Finn was also instrumental in casting and co-producing the critically acclaimed film Everything Everywhere All at Once, which went on to win the Best Picture award at the Oscars, as well as three out of the four acting categories: Best Actress, Best Supporting Actor, and Best Supporting Actress, at the 95th Academy Awards.
This impressive feat has only been achieved twice in cinematic history, with the first instance being in 1976.
In addition to her work on Everything Everywhere All at Once, Finn's other notable credits include the Oscar-winning films Crash and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, for which she received the prestigious Artios Award for Outstanding Achievement in Casting, the highest honor bestowed by the Casting Society of America.
The esteemed SAG Award for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture was also awarded to these films. Furthermore, Finn's work on Everything Everywhere All at Once earned her the Artios Zeitgeist Award in 2023 and a nomination for the BAFTA Award for Best Casting.
Finn has also been recognized for her work on television, with nominations for two Primetime Emmys in 2022 for her casting duties on The Mandalorian and WandaVision.
