Kerim Sarp Apak is a multifaceted Turkish performer, renowned for his captivating presence on television, film, and theater stages. His journey in the entertainment industry began at a tender age of five, when his family relocated to Bursa, where he spent his formative years. He received his high school education at Bursa High School for Boys, with plans to pursue a degree in business administration.
However, fate had other plans, as Kerim's passion for theater led him to participate in talent exams. After graduating from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Acting in 2004, he received the support of his teacher Baris Erdenk to relocate to Istanbul.
Kerim's breakthrough performance came in the play "Agir Roman" at the Sadri Alisik Theater, showcasing his remarkable acting skills. He then joined the BKM Group, where he had the opportunity to play a small role in the movie "Organize Isler" alongside Yilmaz Erdogan.
He also gained recognition for his roles in the TV series "Anadolu Kaplani," "En Son Babalar Duyar," and "Sizinkiler, Dünya Kac Bucak," which went on tour across Turkey. His stand-up comedy performances at the "Mutfak" venue, a small stage adjacent to BKM, further solidified his reputation as a talented comedian.
Kerim's portrayal of Tanriverdi in "Avrupa Yakasi" earned him widespread acclaim, followed by his role as Emrecan in the play "Op Babanin Elini" at Gazanfer Ozcan - Gönül Ulkü Theater. In 2007, he released his own song "Askinla Yandim," which gained popularity among rock music enthusiasts.
He has also appeared in notable films such as "Beyaz Melek," "Günesi Gördüm," and "O... Cocuklari," directed by Mahsun Kirnizigül and Murat Saracoglu. Kerim's versatility as an actor is exemplified by his brief departure from and subsequent return to the TV series "Kavak Yelleri." He then took on the character of Emir Danisman in Gülse Birsel's sitcom series "Yalan Dünya," which concluded its fourth season.
