Sasha Pieterse, a talented actress, was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, and later immigrated to the United States with her professional dancer parents in the year 2000.
At the tender age of four, Sasha began her acting career, initially focusing on modeling and commercials, before transitioning to theatrical work. Her early start in the industry led to her landing the role of "Buffy" in the TV show Family Affair (2002),where she shared the screen with renowned actors Tim Curry and Gary Cole, at the remarkable age of six.
