Scout Lyons is a 25-year-old actress, singer-songwriter, and activist hailing from Providence, Rhode Island, with Irish and Polish heritage. Born and raised in the Ocean State, Scout graduated valedictorian from The Met High School in June 2017, after which she dedicated herself fully to the world of acting.
With a passion for the performing arts, Scout began her journey as a young actress, landing the lead role of Sharpay Evans in her middle school's production of High School Musical in 2012. Since then, she has honed her craft through classes at esteemed institutions such as Trinity Repertory Company, The Wilbury Theatre Group, and The Gamm Theatre.
Scout's extensive experience in the film industry began at the tender age of 11, when she started working on movie sets alongside renowned actors like Mark Ruffalo, Jack Black, Victoria Justice, and Ariana Grande. Her breakout role came in 2019, when she played the spunky and sassy Penny in the film "Respite Road." She has since appeared in multiple Lifetime films, including "Secrets at the Museum," where she played Harper, and has also starred in several student films for Rhode Island School of Design (RISD),including "The Major and Minor Key," in which she portrayed Zeph, a kind and empathetic individual.
In addition to her acting endeavors, Scout has worked as a production assistant, wardrobe assistant, and assistant to the producer on various film sets since the age of 16. This experience has given her a unique understanding of the filmmaking process and has allowed her to develop a keen sense of awareness on set.
Scout has also ventured into modeling, working with photographers and brands such as Wicked Hippie, Cosmic Unicornz, and Dolls Kill. Her passion for music is evident in her singing and songwriting, which began at a young age. Scout released her debut single "Do My Thang" in 2018, which received critical acclaim and charted on multiple verified Spotify playlists.
Scout's latest single, "Stalker Song," released in 2024, garnered national attention and major media coverage. She has multiple singles out and plans to continue releasing new music in the upcoming year. With her sights set on the entertainment industry, Scout is excited to continue her creative journey and share her talents with the world.
