Born in London, he embarked on a journalism career in Latin America, initially working for the Lima Times, followed by a stint at the Buenos Aires Herald.
After graduating from King's College, Cambridge with a top-first-class degree in social and political sciences, he pursued further training as a drama director at the renowned Central School of Speech and Drama.
Subsequently, he directed theater productions for esteemed companies such as Cheek by Jowl, Actors Touring Company, and Creation.
In 1997, he transitioned into television production, where he has produced and directed for a variety of networks, including FX, MTV, Bravo, Discovery, Showtime, ITV, Bravo, Channel 4, TF1, Film Four, and Channel 4.
Notably, he has written one screenplay, Casanova's Return, a romantic drama.
Currently, he resides in New York City.
