Sebastián Hofmann, a Mexican polymath, was born in 1980 in Mexico City. He is a multifaceted creative force, exceling as a director, screenwriter, photographer, and editor. Hofmann's artistic journey began at the prestigious Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, where he honed his skills.
In 2006, he took a master class in screenwriting under the guidance of renowned director Todd Solondz. This experience had a profound impact on his work, and he went on to film the short film Jaime Tapones, which became the foundation for his debut feature.
As a visual artist, Hofmann's work has been showcased globally in esteemed galleries and museums, including those in New York, Sydney, Rio de Janeiro, Athens, Berlin, Santiago de Chile, Pasadena, Mexico City, and Prague.
