Seiko Iwaido, a talented Japanese actress, entered the world on February 23, 1984, initially making a name for herself in the entertainment industry under the stage name Mai Takahashi.

Her acting journey began in 2004, when she landed the significant role of Amano Sora in the popular Japanese television series Sky High 2, broadcasted by TV Asahi.

In the following year, 2005, Takahashi made her mark on the big screen, taking on the character of Fumie Hayashida in the film Simsons, marking her feature film debut.

Takahashi has had the privilege of collaborating with numerous renowned directors throughout her illustrious career, allowing her to hone her craft and expand her repertoire.
