Seren Yüce, a Turkish creative force, was born in 1975 in the vibrant city of Istanbul. With a multifaceted career spanning multiple mediums, Seren has made a name for himself as a director, writer, and producer. His cinematic journey began in 2010 when he received the prestigious Altın Portakal Best Director Award for his outstanding work on the film Çoğunluk, which he skillfully directed.
Prior to his successful career in cinema, Seren honed his skills in the advertising and television industries. He gained valuable experience by working alongside esteemed directors Fatih Akın and Yeşim Ustaoğlu, serving as their assistant. This exposure laid the groundwork for his future endeavors, as he went on to work as an assistant director on the critically acclaimed films On the Edge of Life (2007) and Pandora's Box (2008),as well as the thought-provoking Takva (2005).
In addition to his work in film, Seren has also ventured into television, creating the popular series Masum (2017) in collaboration with the talented Berkun Oya.
