Sevil Velieva, a renowned Uzbekistan-born singer, hails from the city of Fergana. In 1995, her family made the bold decision to relocate to Simferopol, situated on the Crimean Peninsula, marking a significant turning point in her life.
Her musical talents soon caught the attention of the Ukrainian television industry, leading her to participate in the highly acclaimed reality television series Superstar and X-Фактор (X-Factor). Her impressive performances on these shows served as a springboard for her future endeavors.
In 2014, Sevil Velieva took part in the third season of the Russian version of The Voice, aptly titled Голос. This experience further honed her skills and expanded her reach within the music industry.
Fast forward to 2022, Sevil Velieva made a significant career move by replacing Anna Asti in the Ukrainian duo Artik & Asti. This collaboration has undoubtedly brought a fresh perspective to their music and performances.
Most recently, in 2024, Sevil Velieva participated in and emerged victorious in the fifth season of Маска, Russia's adaptation of The Masked Singer. This impressive achievement is a testament to her hard work, dedication, and natural talent.
