Shanelle Gray, born Shanelle Workman in Fairfax, Virginia, embarked on a remarkable journey in the world of entertainment. As a young girl, she participated in pageants and later landed a role in the original Broadway production of Les Miserables as Young Cosette, immediately after the show's opening night.
Following her stint in New York City, Shanelle moved to Los Angeles, where she secured the lead role in the ABC Pilot "Howie and Rose" alongside Howie Mandel. Her acting career continued to flourish with recurring roles on Grey's Anatomy, Cory in the House on Disney Channel, and series regular roles on soap operas One Life to Live and The Bold & the Beautiful.
At the age of 25, Shanelle opened her own acting studio, "Act 4 Reel," which eventually became one of LA's leading performing arts studios. She later renamed it Gray Studios after marrying her first husband. After producing over 180 short films, including a few award-winning ones, Shanelle expanded her horizons by opening a successful management company, Complete Management Group, representing numerous celebrities.
Shanelle's family is also deeply rooted in the entertainment industry. Her sister, Ariel Winter, is a well-known actress from Modern Family, while her brother, Jimmy Workman, is recognized for his role in The Addams Family. Her daughters, Skylar Gray and Parker Gray, have also followed in their mother's footsteps, with Skylar starring in the CBS series Evil and Parker appearing in the Untitled Kelsey Grammar/Alec Baldwin pilot and Bunk'd.
In addition to her impressive career, Shanelle has also ventured into writing, producing, and directing film and television. Her clients include Kaileen Chang, Kyriana Kratter, Caleb Dolden, Kinley Cunningham, and Mila Harris.
