Born in the iconic city of Sydney, Australia, Shant, a remarkable and gifted individual, emerged into the world as the child of Armenian parents, Sam and Aida, who profoundly influenced his sense of cultural identity by imparting to him a deep appreciation for his heritage. Growing up on the picturesque North Shore of Sydney, Shant was enveloped by the warmth and love of his family, consisting of his two older brothers, who undoubtedly had a profound impact on his formative years, shaping his early life and laying the foundation for the person he would become.
Shant's academic odyssey began at St Pius X College Chatswood, a prestigious institution that fostered his intellectual growth, and Our Lady of Dollars Primary School, a nurturing environment that cultivated his enthusiasm for extracurricular pursuits. During his formative years, he demonstrated a keen interest in sports, frequently participating in competitive events such as basketball and soccer, which honed his physical abilities and team-oriented skills. Furthermore, Shant's creative side was nurtured through his involvement in the performing arts, where he showcased his talents in various productions, including dramatic roles in Pirates of Panzance and the iconic musical Hair.
As Shant's ardor for performance continued to flourish, he embarked on a journey to nurture his talents on the stage, ultimately leading him to establish a multitude of vocal ensembles.
