Shaun Delaney, a talented individual with a rich background, was born in Wrexham, North Wales, and boasts a unique heritage, being part Irish and part Welsh. His parents' divorce when he was just six years old had a profound impact on his life.
As a teenager, Shaun demonstrated exceptional skills on the football pitch and was equally adept at playing the guitar. However, it was his introduction to boxing that would ultimately shape his future. Inspired by the "Rocky" movies and a desire to take care of himself on the rough council estate he grew up on in Mold, North Wales, Shaun began training with the legendary Welsh boxer, Gerry "Boyo" Greaves, at his Mold Gym.
Shaun's academic pursuits led him to study Finance & Law at Llandrillo College in Colwyn Bay, Wales, in 1993. He later went on to study Law at Bournemouth University in England, graduating in 1997.
In 1999, Shaun made the bold decision to move to Sao Paulo, Brazil, where he immersed himself in the Portuguese language to better communicate with his girlfriend's parents.
A new chapter in his life unfolded when Shaun relocated to Bangkok, Thailand, in 2001. It was during this period that he discovered his passion for acting, and he soon began training with renowned acting coach, Jake Anthony, a former student of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA).
Under Anthony's guidance, Shaun's acting career has flourished, with his roles becoming increasingly diverse and complex. He has gained a reputation as a professional, versatile, and talented actor, with an impressive stage experience that includes over 500 performances with a comedy/drama group, performing in both Thai and English languages. His television credits include 17 shows, and he has also appeared in seven movies.
