Shaun Parkes has had a long and illustrious career in the entertainment industry since graduating from The Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts.
His television credits include a wide range of shows, such as Netflix's Lost in Space, Da Vinci's Demons on STARZ, Line of Duty on the BBC, The River on ABC, Doctor Who on the BBC, and he even starred as the lead in Joe Penhall's Moses Jones on the BBC.
But it was his role in the 1999 film Human Traffic, directed by Justin Kerrigan, that really launched his career and made him a fan favorite.
He has also appeared in a number of films, including The Mummy Returns alongside Rachel Weisz, Dwayne Johnson, and John Hannah, and opposite Dame Judi Dench and Cate Blanchett in Richard Eyre's critically acclaimed Notes on a Scandal.
Shaun has also had a successful stage career, performing in numerous West End productions such as Blue/Orange and Elmina's Kitchen at The Nation Theatre, and as 'Aaron the Moor' from Titus Andronicus at the world-renowned Shakespeare's Globe.
Most recently, Shaun starred as 'Frank Critchlow' in Mangrove, the first chapter in Steve McQueen's film anthology, Small Axe.
