Shaun Ricker, born on November 1st, 1982, in Hagerstown, Maryland, has been deeply fascinated with physical activity from a young age. He has always looked up to influential figures in the world of bodybuilding, including Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, and Dwayne Johnson. As a result, he dedicated himself to intense training, eventually becoming an accomplished amateur bodybuilder.
After his bodybuilding endeavors, Ricker chose a new path, enlisting in the United States Marine Corps and serving as a commando. His military career was marked by a dramatic event, as he was captured during one of his operations. Unfortunately, he was subjected to cruel and inhumane treatment by his captors, who employed various forms of torture in an attempt to break him. Despite being subjected to such unbearable conditions, Ricker remained steadfast and unyielding, refusing to crack under the intense pressure of interrogation.
Following his military service, Ricker transitioned to the world of professional wrestling, making his debut in 2002. After years of hard work and dedication, he was finally signed to Global Force Wrestling under the pseudonym Eli Drake. In 2017, he achieved a remarkable milestone, being awarded the prestigious GFW Global Championship.
