Siboney Lo, a talented individual with a rich cultural heritage, was born on Halloween in 1978 in Santiago, Chile. Her unique blend of Italian and Chilean ancestry has undoubtedly influenced her multifaceted personality. Fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish, Siboney has been able to navigate and appreciate the diversity of languages and cultures.
Siboney's academic pursuits took her to the United States, where she attended Archbishop Chapelle High School in Metairie, Louisiana. Her exceptional academic record earned her a spot in the prestigious Arts Honor Society of New Orleans. Additionally, she honed her modeling skills at John Casablanca, New Orleans Modeling School.
Upon returning to Chile, Siboney pursued a degree in theater, with minors in the Arts and Mythology of Theatre in Education, from the esteemed Pontificia Universidad Católica de Santiago de Chile (U.C.).
In 1999, Siboney Lo collaborated with Gonzalo Justiniano, co-producer of the acclaimed film "Motorcycle Diaries," and gained international recognition for her portrayal of Marta in the film "El Leyton," also known as "Until Death Do Us Apart." Her outstanding performance earned her the "Best Actress Award" at the 2003 Miami Latin Film Festival and a nomination for "Best Actress 2003" at the Chilean Arts & Entertainment Critics Awards.
Siboney's dedication to the arts was further recognized in 2003 when she received an "Outstanding Citizen Award" for her contributions to the national promotion of the arts in Iquique, Chile. In 2005, she expanded her skills by studying Digital Journalism in a workshop led by the British Broadcasting Corporation and Saint Thomas University in Miami, Florida.
Since 2003, Siboney has resided in Miami Beach, Florida, where she operates her own production company, continuing to inspire and create artistic works that showcase her unique talents and perspectives.
